If a homeowner has a question, concern, or comment for the Board, they need to reach out to Carly with Latitude Management.  If the item(s) at hand can't be resolved through the normal resolution channels via Latitude Management, the homeowner may be invited to the next HOA Board meeting to discuss directly with the Board.
